I recently had the pleasure of working with Aztech Windows and Doors for the installation of new windows and a door in my home in Toronto. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Myron was incredibly easy to work with. He consistently demonstrated a genuine concern for our best interests, provided competitive pricing, and ensured that the project stayed on schedule. Ross' installation team were top-notch. Their attention to detail was truly impressive, and they approached their work with a friendly and courteous demeanor. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I am very satisfied with the service provided by Aztech Windows and Doors. I contracted Aztech windows and door to replace all my windows and sliding patio doors for my house in Markham.   I had interviewed and quoted with many (>5+) window companies before deciding to go with Dmitry @ Aztech.  They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but I felt the professionalism and the sales approach (no pressure) provided me with the comfort and confidence to trust they will deliver as promised. The install team lead by Ross was a pleasure to work with.. He first came around to double check all the window opening measurements before they placed the order with the factory, and then clearly explained the installation process to us so we know what to expect.  It took about 8 wks from inking the deal to having the windows installed. Replacing all windows is a pretty significant reno and required us to move alot of furniture out of the way to prepare for it. The quality and craftmanship of the windows and the installation (trims and sealing) was excellent for the most part.. but there were a few minor install issues that were quickly remedied once I pointed them out.  Overall, the attention to detail was very high by the team, they took the time to address all the finer details of the install to make sure the install was done right.  The crew was very respectful and left the place reasonably clean... Overall, I am happy that I went with Aztec.. and the windows have been good so far (only been few wks). Edmond.

From the quoting process to the completion of the project, working with Dmitry and Ross was seamless. There was no pressure during the quoting process and Dmitry also provided some recommendations to manage the cost. Myron was very knowledgeable about the products offered and on the Ontario energy rebate program for the products we were looking for.  The initial quote was provided very quickly and Myron was very responsive to any questions and changes to the initial quote requested. The doors arrived within the timeframe indicated and they quickly scheduled the work to be completed.  Leon was very meticulous in ensuring the doors were level, balanced and worked properly.
